Wheels Up is excited to announce the roll out of the Delta Propel partnership with Wheels Up! The progam allows pilots enrolled in the Propel Program an opportunity to interview for Wheels Up’s Core Fleet as a Second in Command (SIC) for the chance to receive a Contingent Offer of Employment (COE)
Wheels Up has immediate opportunities for Propel participants to interview for a First Officer Position within our Home-based Core Fleet! Our Home-Based Core Fleet will consist of Beechjet 400, King Air 350i, and CJ3s.

The wage range for this position is $70,000 to $120,000. This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, such as differences in skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. This wage range has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with where the position may be filled. At Wheels Up, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Your placement within the wage range is primarily based on your qualifications and experience. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

New hires in this position will receive 140 hours of paid time off per year for the first four years of employment, which is prorated for the first year based on their date of hire. To take advantage of this opportunity, Propel candidates must be recommended and possess a minimum of 1000 hours total time (TT) and 25 hours multi engine (ME). After successful completion of a Wheels Up interview, pilots will be given a COE contingent on continued adherence with the COE. Wheels Up’s COE is conditioned on the pilot meeting all of Wheels Up’s standard new hire corporate pre-employment and employment provisions, including but not limited to background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records check, logbook check and fingerprint submission. Upon reaching 1000 hours and meeting experience requirements, pilots will be hired by Wheels Up as SIC pilots.
This position requires successful candidates to work as team members in a crew environment. Successful candidates will be safety oriented, possess strong leadership skills, and embody superior customer service.
